RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Juno & Jove places high value in customer satisfaction.  Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery. We will accept returned merchandise and issue a refund or exchange so long as the item is unworn, unused, and not otherwise damaged. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the item.

If a refund or exchange is desired, you MUST be issued a Return Authorization (RA). Please contact Juno & Jove Customer Service toll free at 855-953-9500 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) prior to shipping the item(s) back to us. Any merchandise returned without an RA, will be refused and sent back.

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for purchase and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note in-store return policies differ from online purchases. The following items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable: pantyhose, bras, panties, lingerie, skincare, perfumes, and bedding.

PAYMENT METHODS
Juno & Jove accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card.

WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER
You can expect delivery of most items, shipped within the 48 contiguous states, within 3-5 business days of your order. Juno & Jove also offers Express Delivery for many products. International orders may take up to 14 business days for delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received after 12pm EST Friday and before 9am EST Monday will be processed Monday. (Holidays, which fall during a Business Week, may delay shipping by one (1) day.)

SALES TAX
Sales tax is automatically applied to your junoandjove.com order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in the state of Florida.

 

SHIPPING

In an effort to consciously control the negative affects of carbon emissions, we have decided to ship our customer orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) whenever possible. Since the vast majority of our customer shipments are delivered to residential addresses, which are being serviced daily by the USPS, it makes sense to us to leverage that daily delivery to include your orders.

“Shipping” is the charge for internet order transport and handling. Transport and delivery times are not guaranteed, and Juno & Jove holds no liability for mis-delivered, damaged or late packages. Once a package is in the possession of the USPS all responsibility for the package is between the recipient and the USPS.  In an effort to provide greater security Juno & Jove offers and recommends USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation for an additional charge of $2.00.  Juno & Jove will perform all necessary steps to ensure the timely and safe delivery of your order.

- Priority Mail – Domestic
Standard service to the 48 contiguous states. Your order should arrive in approximately 3 business days after your order is shipped (refer to When to Expect Your Order above). For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.

- Express Mail – Domestic
Expedited overnight service to the 48 contiguous states. Your order should arrive next business day after shipping (refer to When to Expect Your Order above). A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

- Priority Mail – International
Standard service to most international destinations. Your order should arrive within 7 to 14 business days after shipping (refer to When to Expect Your Order above). Shipping charges are calculated on an order-by-order basis, and are based on the specific country of delivery. Please note that Juno & Jove is not responsible for any customs, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at time of delivery. Delivery times may be delayed due to customs and import clearance.

- Global Express – International
Expedited service to most international destinations. Your order should arrive within 1 to 3 business days after shipping (refer to When to Expect Your Order above). Shipping charges are calculated on an order-by-order basis, and are based on the specific country of delivery. Please note that Juno & Jove is not responsible for any customs, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at time of delivery. Delivery times may be delayed due to customs and import clearance.

- Delivery to Post Office Boxes
We are able to ship your order to a PO Box only if you select Priority Mail as your shipping method. If Express Mail is selected, we will automatically downgrade your shipping service to Priority Mail to accommodate PO Box delivery.

- Drop Ship Items
Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Shipping times and methods vary and are established by the vendor in which the merchandise is shipping from. We will advise you if your order will be drop shipped. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order, and heavy items may take up to two to three weeks for delivery.
